Dr. Krach's caring approach is seen widely throughout the office. She has a genuine love for children and people in general.

She always goes the extra mile to make her patients feel comfortable. The office environment is relaxed and she offers both a warm beverage station and television to help put patients at ease.  The staff is truly a team, enjoying working together, taking courses and participating in social activities.

Dr. Bashar strives to take care of you and your smile in a calm, relaxed environment, to ease your concerns and make your visit to the dentist smooth and comfortable. 

Dr. Bashar graduated from the University of Dundee in UK in 2015, worked in Vienna after graduation for three years before joining his family in Etobicoke in 2018. But his education didn’t just stop there. To provide his patients high quality comprehensive care, Dr. Bashar continues to take numerous courses to maintain continual professional development. 

In his free time, Dr. Bashar loves spending time with friends and family, and tries to exercise to stay in shape. In addition he also enjoys following his favourite football club; Liverpool F.C. in their domestic and European competitions.

Dr. Bashar is trilingiul in English, Arabic and German.

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Theresa brings her passion for patient care to every visit, always aiming to provide the best experience possible!

As dedicated Hygienist with over 35 years’ experience, she is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal oral health.

Theresa graduated from Niagara College with a degree in Dental Hygiene, and Certificate in Dental Assisting prior from Niagara as well. She is an active long-time member of the CDHO and CDHA.

She believes in a gentle compassionate approach to dental care and is committed to staying up to date with the latest techniques and technology in the field.

When not in the office, she loves spending time with her daughters and sons-in-law, walking and cuddling the family Pomeranian and rescue cat and travelling with her husband.

Fun fact: Theresa was an Instructor for Heart Niagara, teaching CPR for over 15 years.

CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT LEVEL II

Milla graduated from Niagara College where she received the Sinclair Academic and Practical Professional Award for getting the highest overall score of her Graduating class. She is Harp certified and a member of the ODAA.

Milla has a calm and gentle chair-side manner. She is intuitive and takes initiative. She excels at laboratory procedures. Milla is fluent in English and Russian. She is responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day and many of the 'behind the scenes' activities.

She is married and a devoted mother of two girls and shares her passion for animals with Dr. Krach. She has two cats, Felix and Oscar, adopted from Animal Assistance Society of Niagara.

CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT LEVEL ll & RECEPTIONIST

Myranda graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Niagara College. Myranda is our hardworking receptionist and is easy-going.

During her free time, she enjoys being a mom to her 2 children, as well as spending time with her family & friends. Myranda is also bilingual in English & French.

DENTAL ASSISTANT & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Rincy is a passionate dental professional with over five years of dedicated international experience in patient care. Her diverse background includes practicing as a clinical dentist in India and working as a dental assistant in the multicultural healthcare environment of the United Arab Emirates.

This global experience has provided her with a strong understanding of dental anatomy, clinical procedures, and treatment workflows, allowing her to transition seamlessly into the Canadian dental field. Rincy is certified in Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) and Basic Life Support (BLS), and is currently completing her HARP certification.

Her background supports strict adherence to Canadian safety standards, along with proficiency in digital radiography and electronic health charting. Dedicated to patient comfort, Rincy uses empathetic communication to help ease dental anxiety and build trusting relationships with patients. She looks forward to contributing her clinical knowledge, strong work ethic, and patient-focused approach to delivering exceptional dental care.

CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT LEVEL II

Agya graduated from the Dental Assistant Program at Trillium College in 2026 and is a Certified Dental Assistant Level II. Before entering the dental field, she completed a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and worked as a clinical dietitian in Nepal for two years.

Her healthcare background has provided her with a strong foundation in patient care and wellness. In her free time, Agya enjoys exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and watching movies. She speaks English, Nepali, and Hindi.

DENTAL ASSISTANT & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Dyanne is a compassionate and adaptable dental healthcare professional who earned her dental degree from Cebu Doctors' University in the Philippines before moving to Canada. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-focused care and strives to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient.

Outside of work, Dyanne enjoys traveling, collecting mystery toys, and building DIY miniature houses. She is fluent in English, Filipino/Tagalog, and Cebuano, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
